  If there is no audio or the play button is not available on the Citrix Client you should check the following: Open the Terminal Services Configuration. By default, the Audio quality policy setting is set to High - high definition audio when TCP transport is used. The policy is set to Medium -. Client audio settings ; Registry Path, Software\Policies\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions\Lockdown\Virtual Channels\Audio ; Value Name.
